It's a 6 week in-person or virtual workout program with Coach Nevie that includes nutrition coaching, motivation, and support to get fit & FINE this summer!

When does the 6-Week Shred start?

The 6-Week Summer Shred begins May 6 and runs to June 16. Just in time for swimsuit season!

Do the shred workouts have to be done in person?

No. The workouts can be done in the FLMD studio or in the comfort of your home with easy modifications provided.

Is there any guidance given on what to eat to shred?

Yes. The 6-Week Shred included detailed meal plans.

When is the deadline to sign up?

To get your SHRED on, sign up by Sunday, May 5, 2024.
